Functions

  • 1) Following up customer complaints and enquiries mainly via correspondence and some telephone work
  • 2) Maintain accurate records and the database

    3) Answer incoming calls from customers

    Requirements

  • Our client is looking the following skills / experience :
  • 1) Good communication skills

    2) Good speaking voice

    3) Experience of Word & Email

    4) Customer Service experience (contact centre, retail etc)

    6) A good work ethic.

    7) GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths & English
