If the answer is yes, come and join our friendly team. We have a number of opportunities for a Care Support Worker to work within our dedicated team.
Most of our daytime contracts are 25 hours, but we can provide additional hours. Post one12.5 hours working 2 days on / 6 days off on rolling rotaPost two25 hours working 4 days on / 4 days off on rolling rota with one week afternoon shifts and two weeks morning shiftsPost three25 hours working 4 days on / 4 days off on rolling rota afternoon shifts only.
Post four37 hours working 4 days on / 4 days off on a rolling rota with two weeks early shift and one week late shift. We work closely with our NHS colleagues and responsive to the needs of our customers by supporting the prevention of hospital admission and facilitating hospital discharge.
We maximise customers independence to live in their own homes, or by supporting their short term stay in our integrated Assessment Hub at Perth House, Derby by : -
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a positive approach, have a keen willingness to learn, be self-motivated and enjoy working in a short term, rapid response setting.
Ideally you will possess a Level 2 in Health and Social Care and have experience in the care field. However, if you only have informal care experience, but looking for a change in career and share our passion to make a difference we will provide excellent support and a training package whilst you work we most definitely want to hear from you. In return you will :
30am to 2.45pm and 2.30pm to 10.00pm. 37 hours are 7.30am to 6.30pm or 11am to 10pm All shifts have a 30-minute break. You will need to have a car or motorcycle available for these positions.
