Outpost24 is looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager for New Business development and excellent execution of existing accounts with the drive to meet ambitious targets and increase our market share.
The person will be responsible for securing success for Outpost24 in these key region markets towards medium and large sized enterprises.
Together with our existing representatives in this key region, you will be executing growth and account management.
As a Key Account Manager, you will have significant interaction with clients, both face-to-face, online and over the phone.
You will be the first point of contact with your own portfolio of existing clients. You will ensure high quality if service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers’ systems and processes.
It’s important that you understand customer’s diverse and specific business needs and gathering product knowledge to meet those needs.
You should identify opportunities for further sales for development through detailed research of the specific industry or market.

The ideal candidate has 3 5 years’ experience working with new business development (B2B experience), has recent experience in the IT-
industry, holds a bachelor’s degree (preferably within Economics, IT or Engineering). We see that you have a real hunter spirit with high ambitions to get things done, you are goal and result driven.
You have an excellent track record in the field of cold calling and it’s an advantage if you are used to working with MS Office and Salesforce.
You are described as entrepreneurial, networker, team player and social. You have excellent communication skills in person, mail and phone.
We see that you are fluent in English as this is the corporate language, any other international language skills can be an advantage.
The position is based in our office located in the central of London close to Oxford Street.
