Within our Land division, an exciting opportunity as Head of Facilities has arisen to play a key role within a 25 year contract which supports the London Fire Brigade (LFB) with highly specialist training delivery and fleet management services.
The Head of Facilities will have overall facilities responsibility for a number of diverse sites across London including Babcock owned Beckton and Park Royal as well as LFB sites Harrow and Plaistow among others.
We’re looking for an individual who has the passion, drive and leadership qualities to lead an experienced team, working with our customer, operations and delivery functions in order to facilitate a safe and effective workplace of collaboration and continuous improvement.
You’ll be an energetic, pragmatic and commercial facilities leader with the ability to develop strong, lasting relationships whilst actively promoting the Babcock brand within industry.

What do I need to do the role?
The successful candidate will have an extensive background within FM management including having expert knowledge of the latest rules and regulations within industry.
You’ll have demonstrable experience at a senior level of managing teams and delivering strategic programmes as well as having the gravitas to steer conversation with both internal and external stakeholders.
