Stafffinders are currently looking for a "Customer Service Advisor" based in a successful Housing Association within the Dunbartonshire area, this will be for a temporary, ongoing contract.
We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates from a Housing background.
Your duties will include
To answer reception and telephone enquiries and respond to requests for information received by other means such as e-
mail, fax or voicemail.
To initiate outgoing calls and enquiry responses and encourage customer feedback in order to improve customer services.
To accurately collect and record customer information, and where necessary, complete timely referrals to either internal or external contacts as appropriate.
To provide comprehensive administrative & organisational support to the Housing Officers, Maintenance Officers and Factoring Officer.
Use electronic housing management system to effectively record all contacts with customers and relevant details to enable effective date management and reporting
Maintain, assist and support the links between all the functions within other Departments.
Maintain effective working relationships with external agencies, partners and contractors.
To maintain an awareness of all relevant service developments and participate in all aspects of training, pro-actively seeking opportunities for learning and self-
development so as to improve effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have :
Experience working in a Housing Association (Preferred)
Customer Service experience (Essential)
Maintenance Experience (Preferred)
IT package competent (Essential)
Hours : 35 hours per week
