Role Profile :
Vodafone Group Transformation lead and deliver exciting programmes and projects that span the Vodafone Group business. We are now seeking an Enterprise Business Architecture Lead to take a key role in the design and delivery of strategic, digital transformation programmes.
You will be responsible for designing and developing, maintaining and governing the Digital Telco Business Architecture and Enterprise Operating Model.
You will guarantee that all initiatives within the Enterprise Digital Telco portfolio are developing the appropriate strategic business architecture required to achieve the Digital Telco vision, and that the Enterprise Operating model is in place to support it.
Operating to three key delivery strands : IT, Business Change and Continuous Process Improvement, these projects will require work stream design, planning, quality control, risk management, deployment management, communication and cost management.
The scope of this role will include : interpretation of business goals, drivers and strategies; assessment of the current capabilities and view of to-
be ambition; articulation of operating model, business architecture and capabilities including cross functional integration and influence from external environments.
Part of the role will also be leading the Business Architecture Chapter within the Enterprise Transformation Practice. This will involve leading a team of business designers ensuring continued improvement and development of their performance and ongoing development of the Business Architecture and Design skillset in the transformation team and wider organisation.

Your Profile :
You should be someone who is an authority on Business Architecture, and ideally from a consultancy background. You will have proven experience in the delivery of business change programmes within complex environments.
You should also have some exposure to leading on best practice / continuous improvement as well as exposure to Agile and Digital ways of working.
