The Role The firm is looking for an entrepreneurial Real Estate Partner to join their Altrincham office.
You will manage a small team within the Commercial Property department and will work closely with other Partners more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards.
You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.
You will deal with a broad client base covering many industry sectors which include Healthcare, Hotel & Leisure, IT, Technology & Software, Media, Agencies & Retail.
Their clients include builders, landowners, developers, property management companies, corporate occupiers, banks, lenders and investors.
Daily tasks will involve landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, regeneration and development, property joint ventures and partnering.
This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda.
