A. Previous customer service experience would be beneficial, although a friendly and confident personality is key. Good organisational skills are also important as is the ability to remain composed and professional with our customers.

We will also enhance your skills with Brand specific courses and accreditation. We believe in continuous development of our team.
Q. What qualifications do you need?
A. Good IT skills and a valid driving licence are essential.
