Pastry Chef De Partie required for a luxury hotel located on the outskirts of Greater London
Our client is looking for a strong Pastry Chef De Partie for their 300 bedroomed Hotel, 100 cover fine dining restaurant, large conference / banqueting facilities and you will be managing a large kitchen brigade.
You will be working mainly straight shifts, 48 hours per week. You will have two and a half set days off per week.
Duties of the job :
You will assist the senior chefs in the day to day running of a section.
Be trained to lead and organise sections throughout the kitchen.
Manage and prepare the sections stock, ensuring standards are met and consistency is met from day to day.

To work with fresh, seasonal dishes cooked to quality standards.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in all aspects of Pastry kitchen such as ordering, stock control, food costs and Health and Safety regulations.
Able to work as part of a team and from your own initiative.
To smart clean and tidy on appearance.
Driven and motivated individual.
Creative and initiative with a great personality.
Have a keen eye for detail.
Salary - £24,000 + tips
Live in accommodation available - (£250 per month deduction with all bills, laundry and food included - en suite room)
