The Migration Sales Executive is responsible for running with opportunities to migrate Bond clients to Bullhorn that the Account Management team have identified within their account deck.
You’ll be working very closely with Account Managers who will be working with their existing Bond accounts. We expect these clients will need extra care and attention in the coming years to help them navigate their options.
Clients are welcome to remain on Bond within the new landscape but there’s a strong emphasis on discussing the option of migrating to Bullhorn for which there are financial incentives in place.
As a Migration Sales Executive, a typical day might include :
qualifying companies and sales opportunities based upon Bullhorn’s prospecting criteria relative to their existing Bond instance
effectively demonstrating Bullhorn’s products and services through online demos
navigating the migration of data discussion, looping in Solution Consultants and partners where appropriate
articulating and demonstrating success at communicating Bullhorn’s value proposition
maintaining a consistently high level of sales activity (collaborating with AMs, qualify company, schedule demonstration)
submitting standard sales reports, such as weekly forecasts, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress, business plans, and expense reports on a regular and timely basis
establishing business relationships with focus on key decision-makers
