Job Role : Flex Supervisor
Reporting to : Managing Director
Role Purpose :
To provide excellent operational delivery to all managed projects and continuously improve customer service in accordance with contractual obligations, performance and health, safety, environment and quality standards, maintaining a predetermined profit margin and budget within each project.
You will be required to project manage works such as Survey, Civils, Copper, End to end Fibre projects and DSLAM projects which includes jointing, testing and installation.
You will have ultimate ownership of projects and will need to ensure that contract administration is carried out.
Key accountability's :
You will be required to efficiently manage resources on site (including Supervisors and WTM's) to ensure that projects are run within client defined timescales whilst achieving pre-defined revenue targets.
Attend operational meetings with the client, tracking and maximising opportunities to grow the workstreams under your control.
To provide a high customer service provision, continuously improve and measure customer satisfaction.
To foster relationships with new and existing business clients
To develop and maintain key partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Measurement and management of agreed productivity levels.
Overall project planning and control.Transport and Logistics
Manage the transport and logistics function so that information and service / operational requirements are met in a prompt and efficient manner, utilising the optimum level of resources.
Ensure that the right quality and quantity of stores, plant, equipment and vehicles are available to support the operation.
This must be achieved within strict guidelines and within pre-defined budgets. Finance
Revenue, costs and profit management within required budgets.
Work in progress, net debt to be within agreed target.Human Resources / People Management
Optimum resource availability to achieve budget / forecasts / and contract requirements
Assess, develop and maintain high standards of performance and productivity through leadership, effective communication, coaching, training and staff development and deployment.
Identify and implement learning and development requirements.
Establish communication strategies to enable employee involvement, participation and shared successes of company.
Actively promote equality in the workplace.
Health, Safety, Environment and Quality
Assisting with the provision of a healthy and safe site and reporting as required to SHEQ Manager.
Working and ensuring that staff and contractors work within the current relevant regulations and comply with the company's SHEQ rules.
Ensure that all staff are trained and competent to carry out each task they have been assigned to.General
To develop, define and communicate processes and procedures for all areas of accountability in line with business needs. Measure and monitor performance against defined processes.
Ensure all areas of accountability comply with all company processes and procedures.
To comply with and actively promote all company policies.
Attend Meetings as directed.
