About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Relationship Executive to support the Relationship Managers in developing and delivering partner and team objectives.

You’ll work closely with the team to add value to , by securing a good customer experience - resulting in sales for both us and our partners.

You’ll also be given a small portfolio of car or home insurance partners - including key industry names such as Aviva, Churchill, More Than, Admiral, Swinton, LV, Tesco and Axa.

This will involve you :

  • Ensuring the commercials are completed on time and in line with objectives
  • Building and maintaining relationships
  • Driving performance in a competitive and compliant way
  • Ensuring the day to day management of the accounts
  • What you’ll be doing :

  • Own, monitor and improve performance of our partners, including understanding their competitiveness, customer experience and target market
  • Analyse and communicate partner performance data, providing commentary and making recommendations for improvement
  • Prioritise and respond to day-to-day queries from all partners
  • Help to facilitate and coordinate technical change and development
  • Ensure the timely receipt of month-to-date and end-of-month performance and sales information, to support the revenue assurance team
  • Support the Relationship Managers in contractual and commercial negotiations
  • Maintain contractual terms and ensure insurers comply with general good practice and industry regulations
  • Provide administrative support in tasks such as preparing meeting packs, maintaining partner records, action logs, preparing MI, meeting minutes, scheduling calls / meetings and any technical and / or regulatory changes
  • Maximise existing revenue streams through negotiating commercial terms including acquisition costs, acceptable conversion metrics and special offers / exclusive arrangements
  • Identify new business opportunities through panel growth and optimisation
  • Continue to maintain a broad understanding of , our competitors and partner activity
  • Requirements

  • A balance of being able to work as part of a team, and on your own initiative
  • Knowledge of the motor insurance market would be a benefit, but not essential.

    We’re currently working as a hybrid model of home and office-based working. You may be asked to go into the Cardiff office weekly.
