As a key leader on the Distribution leadership team, this role plays a key role in setting the vision and growth strategy, looking 2-3 years out, across all distribution channels, (considering both product and footprint strategic implications).

This resource is very strategic and forward thinking; partners with Regional Distribution Leaders, National Broker Leader, and Telesales Lead to gain awareness across all channels as needed in order to build out multi-year expansion, synergies and growth strategy .

This role is responsible for collaboration with other leaders to ensure awareness and insight into the overall sales strategy for growth, including across product lines (across the Government Segment as well as the enterprise to ensure distribution alignment.

Focused on driving growth opportunities within existing markets, how we grow in expansion markets and cross product outcomes to dive deeper with customers (prospective and current) over the next 2-3 years.

Also identifying how we bridge from near-term (2-3 year) strategy to our longer term (3-5 year) distribution strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with distribution and matrix partners and develop multi-year growth plan for new local and regional expansions (both near and long term strategy) across the broker, telesales and field channels
  • Partner with other business units to develop strategy for integration of synergies across government segment units (CSB, IFP)
  • Collaborate with National Broker lead to develop and execute broker value proposition across the agency continuum and pathway for agency expansion
  • Partners with National Broker lead, Telesales lead, and Regional Market Leaders to develop sales goals & objectives
  • Coordinate sales growth strategy & execution of strategy with other business units (IFP, CSB, Commercial)
  • Review & react to analytics to gain insights on performance and opportunities across the regions to define and redefine strategy
  • Identifies opportunities for channel diversification to increase growth in lower cost channels (e.g. field, online sales)
  • Works on strategy (2-3) years out across all channels, driving systems improvements, defines where we want to expand our footprint in markets, the products sold and how we grow
  • Serves as the liaison between CHS Customer Experience and distribution for customer retention strategies, as they are a critical component of growth.
  • Experience / Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements :
