WernerCo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead supporting Hungary, France, Germany, UK. This role is hands on recruiting for senior level roles in the region.
Reporting into the Global TA Director, you will work on rolling out a new ATS to the region and help set up the infrastructure of our European recruiting model and build local practices around the Talent COE philosophy and tools.
Opportunity for remote or hybrid office arrangement, with a few days in office if near a local office.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
Lead biweekly EMEA Resourcing meeting with country HR Leaders to review and strategize open and future roles
Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process inclusive of creating requisitions in the ATS (JobVite).
Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identify and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies that will involve external passive sourcing, diversity sourcing, and strategic postings to niche associations.
Acts as in-house agency proactively sourcing candidates from Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance and Operations.
Manage job postings and advertisement processes.
Screens and selects qualified candidates.
Ensure compliance with country and local employment laws.
Update ATS with offers, disposition codes, and onboarding documents (JobVite).
Work in tandem with the Global TA Director for Enterprise wide roll outs
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
Minimum 5 years managing all phases of the recruitment process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Proficient in applicant tracking systems
Strong work ethic and professional, positive, supportive demeanor
Language requirements : English and Hungarian required, French or German speaking would be considered.
Travel : potential for some travel within EMEA for leadership meetings
