I am currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work in Bradley Stoke working with a fun and friendly team
You will receive a Basic salary of £17K with a realistic OTE £22K
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 09 : 00am-6.30pm & alternate Saturday's 9am-5pm (with lieu
day in the week).
o Own car required with mileage paid - there will also be access to a company pool car
Main Duties
o Generate, arrange and carry out viewings of properties to let
o Build and maintain long term relationships with Landlords
o Ensure all office systems / service standards are adhered to

The right candidate will require at least 1 years' experience in the property
industry - with a can-do attitude, ability to close a deal, great attention to
detail, and eagerness to learn and develop.

o Ability to work long hours
o Ability and desire to keep abreast of and adhere to the latest letting's
legislation
