We have some great opportunities to join our team as an LCV Sales Specialist at our new Evans Halshaw Van Store. Our Sales Specialists are responsible for the seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Working closely with all team members within the dealership, coordinating the process and ensuring every part of the customer journey is first class.
You will plan and organise the sales advisors, liaise with group approved finance & insurance providers ensuring the best possible solutions are presented to all customers.
You will be FCA regulated to be targeted on the sale of finance & beneficial products & services
As our Sales Specialist you will put our customers at the heart of everything you do and to be a success your focus will be :
Building mutually beneficial business relationships
Presenting the best finance options to customers in a clear concise, consistent manner
Building rapport & understanding customers’ requirements
Complete finance proposals
Ensure 100% compliance with FCA requirements
Present & prepare for signature all documents
Maintain own FCA accreditation status
Complete & maintain all online & paper records
Liaise with group buyer regarding products to purchase
Carry out part exchange appraisals
Carry out market research
Maintain sites group accreditation status
Promote smart repair centre
Promote & sell aftermarket packages
Carry out telephone prospecting
Manage & report vehicle enquiries
Excellent basic salary plus commission with a realistic OTE up to £32,000.
