Role Summary

Business Analyst will provide support to the Client Relationship team, assisting with duties required to provide an efficient client management service to a variety of clients.

To deliver excellent day to day service to Clients, to manage key task activity ensuring these are delivered timely, accurately and in line with contract and service expectation.

Provide expert support to the Relationship Director / Relationship Manager to help build relationships, which is essential to retain and grow business Carry out a range of assigned finance duties ensuring that all work is completed accurately and adheres to all specified Equiniti processes, procedures and service standards.

Ensure invoices are produced in accordance with Client fee agreements, support the management of aged debt, fee review modeling, forecasting, budget and cost centre management

Department Information

The Client Relationship team is responsible for ensuring the overall delivery of all services to WPP and L&P clients. This involves engaging with each area within Equiniti responsible for the day to day delivery of the various aspects of the service and overseeing provision of timely, accurate, and efficient service to our clients.

Core Duties / Responsibilities

Successful candidate will be responsible for the following : Deliver tasks to the required level of performance and in-line with our contractual commitments ensuring the right commercial outcomes for Equiniti and the Client.

Work closely with operational teams and all parts of the business to ensure Client task requirements are understood and delivered on time and accurately.

Monitor Client feedback and identify any service issues ensuring appropriate resolution and preventative measures are put in place going forward.

Ensure required management information is produced, validated, issued on time and shared with the wider business as appropriate.

Review and issue invoices to ensure accuracy and ensure all aspects are captured in accordance with Client fee agreements.

Demonstrate good commercial understanding and business product awareness to ensure this is reflected correctly in any invoice sent to our Clients Seek to drive consistency and uniformity in EQ reporting and processes to our clients to deliver the client outcomes they need whilst adhering to contractual terms Delivers to clients requirements, demonstrating a clear understanding of individual customer needs / concerns and ensuring these are communicated and understood internally where required.

Production / storage of correspondence / documents and reports Assist colleagues during very busy periods Support for new starters Billing support the end to end process and ensure deadlines are met Support with collation of monthly service packs Meeting pack collation / printing Invoice management Management of Client Contract storage Client Management systems Support client reporting requirements by proactive monitoring / prompting stakeholders

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

Successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours : Excellent verbal written communication skills Evidence of strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Be able to effectively prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail Previous experience in diary management and scheduling of meetings Experience collating and printing monthly service packs Previous experience of invoice management Management of Client Contract storage Proficient user of Microsoft Office programmes Educated to A’ Level or equivalent would be preferred
