My Role as General Maintenance Technician is to enjoy a fast paced environment producing high quality installations and repairs in a timely and efficient manner.

I will be responsible for :

  • Repairs to the internal and external fabric of holiday homes and buildings
  • Plumbing and leak repair
  • Carpentry and glazing
  • Basic electrical repair and safe isolation
  • Appliance repair
  • Maintenance work will be carried out reactively as well as planned and preventatively. Providing quality workmanship and following all Bourne H&S requirements whilst on the job.

    Qualifications / Experience / Training (internal team) :

  • Must be highly competent (and confident) in trade skills
  • Evidence of previous trade roles.
  • Driving license - car.
  • Qualifications can be gained through Havens internal upskilling programme, previous qualifications are desired but a problem solving attitude and willingness to learn will be considered as important to this role.
