As a Senior .Net Developer, you will workwithin a cross-functional team to deliver new capabilities across a portfolioof applications and supporting frameworks.

As a senior member ofthe team you will be involved in leading, coaching and mentoring moredevelopers. You will also lead the way on best practice and be looking tocontinually make improvements within the team.

Skills & Experience
Experience of application development and support withinan enterprise context, ideally with some experience of architectures spanningmultiple technologies
Background in an Agile development and / or DevOpsenvironment, embracing continuous improvements of practices includingautomation, continuous integration and continuous delivery
Strong background in .NET, C# and SQL languages
Knowledge of applying engineering practices for design,build, test and deployment
Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services
Understands and is committed to the principles of softwarecraftmanship and clean code
A collaborative approach to work : shares knowledge, isinquisitive, nurturing
Ability to build effective working relationships withpeers working across multiple locations
Experience in financial services / mortgage industry ishighly desirable
You will haveexperience of mentoring junior team members
