The Head of Solutions Consulting Enablement will play a critical role in driving the success of our pre-sales technical teams, ensuring every team member has the knowledge, skills, and tools to drive our sales goals.
This is a highly cross-functional role, giving you the opportunity to collaborate to develop a systematic approach that equips all pre-sales technical teams to be successful in every interaction with prospects and customers.
You will be responsible for defining training programs, processes and delivery methods. You will assess and make recommendations on pre-sales technical content and operational processes.
You will report directly to the VP of Solutions Consulting and work closely with the Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Product Management and Engineering teams.
Manage and reinforce our sales consulting methodology and sales consulting processes ensure efficiency and effectiveness at each stage of the process
Conduct an inventory of current skills, processes, knowledge and tools and work with the sales consulting leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development
Develop, manage and communicate the Sales Consulting Enablement roadmap
Collaborate with sales consulting managers to develop relevant and engaging training, especially for new hires, new products and / or solutions
Ownership of the new hire onboarding process for all Sales Consulting new hires, supported by the Sales Consulting Management team
Manage the rollout, adoption and knowledge transfer of best practices
Enable sales consulting managers to effectively engage with and maximize the productivity of their teams
Help in the selection and deployment of technologies to drive sales consultant efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management & Engineering to manage a content repository of technical assets to provide a centralized repository of materials that meets the needs of the sales consulting organization
Implement a continuous improvement program for our comprehensive on-boarding and ongoing training programs and establish measurable success metrics
Required Skills & Experience
You’ve had a minimum 5 years in sales enablement with a SaaS, high growth B2B organization
Demonstrable experience in developing and / or delivering product training and enablement plans
Motivation to independently drive projects to completion
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Exceptional organizational skills and can manage competing projects with tight deadlines effectively
Exceptional collaboration skills with proven ability to lead through influence
You are proficient in CRM (Salesforce.com), Google Suite, and document design and editing tools
Knowledge of content distribution and learning management systems
MA or MBA a plus
