Head Chef required for this stunning fresh food restaurant in Shropshire.
We require a Head Chef at a contemporary upmarket establishment, serving modern British dishes.
The ideal Head Chef will have an all fresh food background, be highly organised and be confident in their ability.
The establishment has an 80 cover restaurant and you will be managing a team of 6, working with fresh, locally sourced, high quality ingredients.

You will take full responsibility for a fresh food kitchen whilst leading a team of experienced chefs motivating and coaching your staff to support their personal development.
You will be able to manage stock to deliver menu availability and your GP target.
It is imperative that you ensure excellent Food Hygiene and health and safety standards throughout the kitchen at all times.
Write menus and bring new ideas to the business.
What we need from you
At least 18 month's experience as Head Chef or Kitchen Manager working with fresh food.
Able to competently manage stock to achieve GP target and excellent food quality.
Enjoys leading and developing a team.
Well-presented, articulate and enthusiastic.
Passionate about high-quality food.
Salary from £28,000 Bonus, please note this is a live out position
