A fantastic opportunity has arisen for reliable, enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our Trauma and Orthopaedic Outpatient Services team at Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust.
The Clinic Delivery Coordinator will provide a comprehensive administrative and high quality support at St Mary’s Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital fracture clinics ensuring timely and accurate preparation of outpatient clinics, MDT and dealing with telephone queries.
The successful candidate will also cover main reception on a rota basis across both sites, providing a high level of customer service with an understanding of key patient processes.

This role will require you to work in Charing Cross and St Mary’s hospitals on a rota basis so please make sure you are happy to travel to both sites before you apply.
The person best suited to this position is someone with the ability to work in a team, who is flexible and meets challenges with enthusiasm.
This role will play a pivotal part in the overall patient experience and quality patient care.
A good standard of verbal and written English, numeracy and attention to detail is required and expected.
