We are excited to offer a 12-18 month fixed term contract at Volvo Group UK HR Services in Warwick. In this position you will work on the payroll for all Volvo Group UK brands including BRS our total transport solutions business who work with B&Q to provide trucks and drivers for delivery routes across the UK as well as the Renault Truck Commercial payroll.
You will be joining a team of 3 to produce accurate and timely payments to all Volvo Group UK employees (circa 2000.) We have exciting technology developments coming and there will be opportunity to lead and wholly own your area of payroll.

We follow process efficiency methodology and always look to improve on everything we do. You will be part of the wider HR Services team in total 12 people covering HR Administration Recruitment and Payroll.
ROLE DESCRIPTIONTo process the monthly / weekly payrolls, inputting data, and updating the records on the payroll system to produce accurately and timely payments to allControl and validate all variable cash and hours input for the payroll, via either, manual input or the Time and Attendance system (SAP SYSTEM)Respond to enquiries from both employees and external bodies on payment related mattersTo process and extract data from the Time & Attendance system to import to payroll (SAP)To administer and process Statutory Payments for SMP, SPP, SAP,SHPP and SSP, as appropriateTo administer and process elements of pay under the salary sacrifice schemes i.
e., Private Healthcare, Cycle to Work WHO ARE YOU? We’d like you to have some experience in payroll. You will of course need to be comfortable with numbers and be able to maintain a high level of accuracy in your work.
Knowledge of payroll systems such as Payrite or similar and knowledge of government legislation including data protection is highly beneficial.
