We’re a travel site making it a doddle to book camping and caravan sites all over the world. recently hit the milestone of 1m bookings since launch, after becoming the UK's biggest site for outdoor accommodation last summer.

You'll join a nimble team of 50 - based in 10 countries - at a company with extraordinary potential.

You will be based at our Pitchup HQ in leafy Chiswick, west London, with great travel links. We're an expanding but perfectly formed team, who embody the Pitchup vision, work hard, and continue to be excited by year on year company growth.

The role

You will play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of in the French market. You will be calling prospective campsites and pitching the benefits of listing their business with us, allowing them to take bookings and appear before our global customer base.

Campsites also benefit from the credibility attached to a multi award-winning booking platform.

Duties include :

  • Seeking out new business opportunities, from initial call to closing the deal
  • Developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts and to support relationships with key supplier decision makers
  • Discovering and following up for new leads as required
  • Monitoring and analysing results, readily suggesting ways to increase sales revenue in your market.
  • Being a brand ambassador, passionate about the product you're selling and well equipped to promote brand benefits
  • Some travel may be involved.

    The candidate

    Candidates must speak French at a native level and be self-starting sales professionals, focused on pursuing a career in sales.

    We will be pleased to hear from candidates who meet the following criteria :

  • Demonstrated sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Quantifiable new business development experience - cold calling must be second nature
  • At least two years' experience in a sales / contracting position
  • Able to build rapport quickly whilst maintaining a resilient and tenacious approach
  • Relish the challenge of sales, motivated by monetary reward and target lead
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently, think fast and handle objections with ease
  • Confident, persuasive and approachable
  • Organised and methodical
  • Internet savvy
  • A desire to take a big part in the establishment of as a modern, creative brand
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner

  • Up to £27,000 salary / year + Uncapped Commission
  • Monthly incentives for great performance
