Control and monitor work to ensure quality of service and service innovation are achieved.

Ensure the input required for the timely issue of invoices is given on a regular basis to meet project payment schedules.
Attend regular formal management and performance review meetings with the team to review technical delivery of projects and progress against delivery plan and cost and revenue budget and to plan resource requirements and deal with arising issues.
