A Cohort Coordinator is a vital support role and this is a great opportunity to start a career with St. James's Place Wealth Management.
Our Newcastle team are seeking someone to join them on an exciting journey to provide a first class service to all visitors, whilst providing support to Management in order for them to achieve all key Business objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a varied client facing role with the scope to progress within the company.
What you’ll be doing :
As part of the Cohort support you will be required to undertake various administration tasks and deliver a positive experience to all visitors at the Location.
Diary management, appointment making, record keeping, and other ad hoc duties are required. You must have the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads to make sure all work is completed in a timely manner.
It will be your responsibility to build relationships with your Managers and the wider team. You must use initiative and work on your own instinct to problem solve and answer queries.
Cohort Coordinators support the Management team to the highest standard and are the face of’ the St. James’s Place Locations.
We work as a team and individually to help meet Location goals and support Partners to meet theirs. We interact with Clients, Partners, Management and other teams within the company delivering an outstanding level of support and customer service.
