Your Role. As a Field Sales Manager, you will manage a territory that surrounds the A1(M) corridor between Newcastle and Leeds.
You will be seeking to promote Premium Credit's premium financing services across the North-East. Specifically, your role will be to expand on the current loan book and lead the conversations that help increase broker revenue through greater finance penetration and implementing change where required within your client organisations and brokerages.
You'll be leading the conversations that generate revenue, implementing change within client organisations and brokerages and staying on top of all contractual situations.
Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will identify opportunities with existing insurance brokers to maximise performance and bring new accounts on-
board. Your role will include : . - Using a consultancy approach to identify the opportunity, build strong relationships with senior team members and outline the opportunity.
Bringing on-board new Brokers to enhance your portfolio. - Ensuring all parties are updated and aware of any regulatory changes that affect finance and loans.
