Henley Business School is seeking to appoint a Programme Services Administrator who will play a key role in supporting the Business School’s post-experience programmes.

The Administrator will work within a high-performing Shared Services Team providing a wide range of operational services including scheduling courses, booking conference space and bedrooms on and off campus, arranging international travel, ordering teaching materials.

Customers will be diverse : internal and external to the Business School, in the UK and at international locations. The post is based at the Greenlands Campus in Henley-on-Thames.

You will have :

  • Experience of administration in a busy office environment providing high-quality professional services
  • Proven IT skills, including use strong understanding of MS Office applications
  • Effective and confident verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • A pro-active and flexible approach capable of adapting to a wide range of customer groups, providing excellent customer service
