Currently we are seeking a Senior Environmental Adviser / Consultant to join us in Reading or High Wycombe. We are excited by the potential growth prospects and this is a good opportunity to join an ambitious team that will provide you with plenty of scope for career progression in the coming years.
You will primarily support the delivery of our UK infrastructure programmes, primarily the water sector but with potential to work on Highways England, Network Rail, National Grid and other infrastructure programmes.
You will collaborate and work closely with our multidisciplinary engineering and design teams while providing support and advice to the contractors we are working with.

You will hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in one of the following : - Environmental Management, Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Science or Environmental Planning that is accredited by the relevant professional body (CIWEM, IEMA or RTPI).
You will have experience of environmental appraisals and EIAs / planning applications, and knowledge of the UK consenting regime for infrastructure projects is essential.
You will have experience of working with utilities and / or water companies and working within a consulting environment will also be of benefit.
Preferably, you will have an understanding of town planning, sustainability, landscape, archaeology, ecology, contaminated land, hydrology and the nuisance regime.
