Job Description :

This is a client facing role for Implementation and Delivery teams, so the candidate must be comfortable and confident to interact with senior members of the client on a regular basis.

The candidate will be required to liaise with other delivery teams including but not limited to Developers, Operation Support, Data QA, Site / Product QA, Production, Client Service Managers etc.

On a daily basis :

The candidate will be meeting with decision makers, systems owners, end-users and other stakeholders to determine the business case, elicit and document requirements, constraints, scope, use-cases, dependencies and business rules.

They will be responsible for formulating and defining technical scopes, business rules, BRDs through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of client and IQVIA business systems and industry requirements.

The candidate is also responsible for analysing client data, documenting requirements, and revising business rules and suggesting enhancements and changes to existing dashboards as necessary.

They should be able to Integrate data, standardize, investigate and apply business rules to obtain KPIs from ETLs. They should be able to interact with production teams in order to ensure smooth, on-time and accurate deliveries.

They need to be able to conduct training and UAT process to members of client staff as and when required either digitally or in-person.

They are expected to play an active part in process improvement exercises.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have :

  • Ideally, the candidate should have 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Prior knowledge of programming or developer experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of any combination of ETL, stored procedure, queries, databases, database design and maintenance, SSIS & SSRS is required.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) with ability and confidence to interact with senior clients is a must.
  • Exposure to different BI tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge or experience of having worked with JIRA is preferred.
  • Should be comfortable working in an Agile / scrum environment.
  • Must be fluent in Microsoft suite of applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

  • Technical minded and with keen interest in understanding how things work and an ability to learn.
  • Team Player, Self Motivated and detail oriented.
  • Ability to take ownership and work unsupervised.
  • Contract Term : Fixed Term Contract 1 Year starting from April / May 2021.
