SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Early Talent recruitment leader to create and drive our EMEA Early Talent strategy, providing support to our regional Recruiters with local implementation and delivery.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate deep knowledge of Campus / Early Talent hiring on an international level.
They will have created and led significant international Early Talent strategies as their primary role and previously partnered with leading Universities and Business Schools across EMEA, demonstrating exceptional relationship management with strategic external partners.
The Early Talent recruitment leader will be responsible for creating a new EMEA Early Talent strategy that provides consistency and scalability in our approach to Early Talent, ensuring we have access to the top talent in the market.
A key component of the role will be engaging with senior business leaders across the EMEA organisation to gain buy in and commitment to the program and be the main point of contact for the EMEA region.
The successful candidate must be a strategic thinker who is innovative in their approach to attracting talent and can autonomously influence key stakeholders.
This individual will already have experience of developing early talent programs in a global business and will possess a strong network across external partners including universities and business schools.
Build an accurate picture of current Early Talent landscape within IQVIA
Partner with IQVIA business leaders, Talent Acquisition team and external partners, universities and business schools to create an Early Career talent strategy.
Create a project plan with deliverables, timelines, and tracking capabilities
Utilise metrics and data to build business cases to gain buy in for proposals
Ensure a compelling Employer Value Proposition is used and differentiated for attraction and recruitment across the different markets to attract the best talent
Focus on developing best in class attraction strategies and processes to attract diverse and quality talent into the business, forming relationships with target Universities, Business Schools and relevant external parties
Keep abreast of market trends and demand impacting the company’s ability to attract competitive candidates and serve as SME regarding such trends.
Drive the communication strategy for Early Talent recruiting efforts across all social media channels. Measure and monitor social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Ensure business and Talent Acquisition team engagement
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Exceptional stakeholder management at VP level and above is critical, including the ability to create and sell compelling business cases and strategies to secure investment and buy in.
Extensive knowledge of the Early Talent recruitment landscape
Demonstrable experience of developing a credible and innovative Early Talent strategy which delivered tangible results to the business
Sound knowledge of recruitment legislation
Experience of developing mutually beneficial relationships with external providers / universities / business schools
Knowledge of CRO, CSO or pharmaceutical and other related business industries is preferred but not a pre-requisite

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience operating with senior / executive management teams
