C++ Software Engineer (Multi-threading)
Location : Nottingham (Fully remote currently, 2-3 days a week remote post-COVID)
Salary : £25,000 - £55,000 + 10% Bonus
There’s certainly no shortage of development positions out there, you’ve probably scrolled past a dozen of them to get to this ad!
But why would you join this company in particular?
Well, apart from amazing benefits, a competitive salary (up to £55,000 per year), and a level of support, progression, and development that is basically unmatched by all others in their market, they can offer you the one thing that really counts : the chance to create something truly unique!
With a brand that extends across the globe, it would be fair to say that this is the company that provides the software solutions that have seen a huge surge since national lockdown, they create solutions that power the way the entire western world views finance.
You’d be joining a team of around half a dozen software engineers, if you’re an experienced developer, you’ll be helping to mentor the more junior guys and working closely with your senior colleagues to guide the deployment of complex real time systems.
This role is also open to junior to mid-level candidates so I would also encourage you to apply for this role.
There’s no ridiculously long list of requirements in order to ensure you’re successful, I’m simply looking for strong C++ programmers as their core skill, ideally have experience in multi-threading and cross platform development in real time systems.
Knowledge of building and using automation and CI / CD pipelines. I’m happy to have a chat about the finer details as I think I’ve rambled on already.
They're a big organisation, so this may not be the best place for people who want to shy away or hide in the corner. You don’t have to be the life of the party, but if you’re comfortable in your own skin and don’t mind mucking in and explaining things to stakeholders from time to time, you’ll be just fine.
If you’d like to know more, pop your CV over and let’s have a chat. It’d be nice to hear from you.
