Due to an exciting new project, our large, progressive, manufacturing Client in the County Antrim area urgently wishes to recruit an HR Administrator.
This is a new, temporary HR Administration job offering an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity for an experience HR Administrator to join a busy, new project and support the volume recruitment and selection activities, along with all other associated HR tasks.
The Role :
Maintain and manage records associated with new starts
Administer all VISA requirements and Right to Work checks
Administer all pre-employment checks
Act as the first point of contact for onboarding activities and guide employees through the recruitment process
Liaise with occupational health
Assist in preparing HR project KPI and HR metric reports
Administrative support for employee engagement activities
The Person :
3rd level qualification in HR or related discipline
5 GCSEs including Maths and English, essential
Minimum of 1 years HR administration or HR Assistant experience
Previous experience working in a large, busy, production environment
Strong communication skills
Excellent IT skills MS Office
