Title : Head of Events and Social Media, Hult EF Corporate Education
Location : Chelsea, London (with some travel to Ashridge + globally when holding events)

As Head of Events and Social Media for Hult EF Corporate Education, you’ll lead our global events program (primarily focused in Asia, Europe and the USA) for both new and existing business, playing a crucial role in generating leads and building awareness of our business with prospects as well as increasing share of wallet with existing customers.
You will have responsibility for devising Hult EF Corporate Education’s annual event strategy and executing every event flawlessly and with maximum impact for our business.
This is a hands-on role and an exciting opportunity for both strategic and executional work. We are looking to create events which capture the imaginations of the leaders in some of the world’s largest organisations.
These executives are invited to hundreds of events every year we need to be creative in order to get their attention, both in terms of content as well as innovative event formats.
Currently, Hult EF Corporate Education run approximately 30 events per year worldwide. These are divided into hosted events, conference, and external events which we sponsor.
The events vary in size from small breakfasts for 10-15 people to large conferences for 300+ people. They may be in-person events or webinars (or a combination of the two).
You will be responsible for managing the relationship of our global partnerships with various external event, networking, and HR organizations.
You will have responsibility for making every event a success. That means ensuring that we invite the right individuals in order to generate meaningful business, as well as ensuring that every part of the logistical management, including invitations, RSVP coordination, on-site organisation, collateral and giveaways, as well as follow-up is coordinated and communicated perfectly.
You will also have responsibility for promoting our events on all Hult EF Corporate Education’s social media channels, mainly LinkedIn.
Linked to the above, you will also have overall responsibility for our Hult EF Corporate Education social channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram in terms of organic content, sharing information about events and partnerships, as well as about key content and product launches.
You will be driven by the goal of engaging and exciting our followers, and growing their number and our brand reach.

You have 5+ years’ experience of running events, end-to-end, in large matrixed organizations.
You have extensive experience in organic social media and demonstrated evidence of growing followers across multiple channels, including on LinkedIn.
You have 5+ years’ experience working with senior / board-level individuals, both clients and internal stakeholders.
You have experience working in the education industry, in an international capacity and therefore an understanding of the customer / buyer journey.
You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
