    We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our energetic, fast-moving and passionate team. This is an opportunity to operate and engineer systems on a massive scale, and to gain top-notch experience in cloud computing.

    You'll become an AWS Services platform diagnosis, response, measurement, and automation expert. You will support and simplify the operational scalability that sustains the platform's insane growth.

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work experience
  • Advanced experience with System Administration with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat)
  • Advanced of experience with Networking and troubleshooting (TCP / IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN / WAN, traceroute, iperf, dig, cURL or related).
  • In-depth understanding of virtualization and cloud computing (Hypervisors, VMware, Xen).
  • Experience in technical support, preferably with problem ticketing, incident management, and / or issue escalation
  • Attention to detail and ability to co-ordinate cross-organisation problem solving
  • Ability to prioritize and manage your own workload
  • Experience of technical / testing / development support

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or an Engineering discipline
  • Experience in a customer support environment
  • Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to technical issues
  • Familiar with data warehousing and ETL process
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing concepts
  • Experience scripting or developing in at least one of the following languages : Python, R, Ruby, GO, Java, .NET (C#), JavaScript
  • Meets / exceeds Amazon's functional / technical depth and complexity for this role
