To repairand service machines returned by UK customers
Diagnosingissues with the returned unit according to the Dyson quality service level
Delight ourOwners by delivering a world-class customer repair experience with everymachine by repairing the returned machine to an excellent standard
Ensure all repairsare carried out whilst adhering to all technical, health & safetyrequirements
Work withour Research, Development & Quality teams to improve machine reliabilityand repair new models
Tohighlight technical issues and trends with returned products
Toparticipate in developing technical solutions with Research, Development& Quality
Toparticipate in developing repair guidelines and procedures for new Dysonproducts
Be aneffective member of the Chippenham Service Centre team
Ensure thatall Health and Safety procedures are followed
Activelysupport and participate in site ISO Standards
Communicateeffectively with customers when required
