This profitable and debt free City firm is looking for an insurance partner - policyholders focus - to lead and build an insurance practice in their full service 45 partner firm.
1) The firm already have a strong broad and busy litigation practice acting for a range of brokers, intermediaries, corporates in a range of sectors but insurance is a "gap"2) conflict free platform3) the firm is full service including other complimentary areas such as FS regulatory, corporate, real estate, employment etc and sectors including energy, tech, gaming, financial services.
4) Connections / clients to leverage internally from the firm. As mentioned at the start, the firm are doing very well and are in a good position to come through these testing times.
This year they are already ahead of budget, debt free and PEP is over £500,000. Lastly, and most importantly, is their culture.
This firm manages to integrate a strong team spirit and collaborative working together with being entrepreneurial and not siloed.
