About The Role
We are looking to appoint a team of Team Leaders to join our brand new specialist, residential service at Dragonby Road in Scunthorpe.
There are two distinct aspects to the role of Team leader, a direct support role to the people who use our services and a management function.
You will be responsible for the general supervision of the direct care provision of a team of support staff to ensure that the people who use our services receive a complete person-centered care service.
Mentoring, supervising, coaching and assessing support workers practice is the primary focus of this role along with the influencing of staff performance and acting as an excellent role model.

You must hold a Diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or are working towards a level 3 and have significant experience of care support work at a standard assessed as competent in all aspects of the role.
This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skills to gain some experience of a management role.

It is now a legal requirement for anybody working in a CQC regulated care home in England regardless of role to be fully vaccinated against COVID 19.
You have until 16th September 2021 to have the first vaccine and until 11th November 2021 for the second. You will be asked to provide proof of your COVID Vaccinations at interview, without proof of at least one vaccination we will be unable to progress your interview.
