Building and maintaining a relationship with hotel / suppliers
Supporting the Contracts Manager in the handling of the workflow
Constantly improving our offers by evaluating products standards, monitoring performances and the competition
Liaising with the international planning team to ensure the distribution of ours deals in all our Point of Sales
Attending trade shows and networking events
Negotiating and constantly improving the best offers for selected accounts
A proven experience in the Travel Industry is mandatory
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Willingness to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and quickly address and resolve issues
Passionate for the Travel Industry and enthusiastic about the role
Great communication skills and ability to independently build relationship with the suppliers and the other members of the team
Team player used to work in an international environment
Good knowledge of the CEE travel market
Fluent English, an additional language would be a benefit (like Russian, Croatian, Czech or Polish)
Ability to attend the main trade shows
Very good knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of Salesforce a bonus
Experience in Flash Sales Companies will be considered a plus
