  • We are looking for a Head Chef for this great Contract Catering kitchen located in Basingstoke. This is a 40 hour with core hours being Monday to Friday 7am to 3.

    30pm! No evenings or weekends required.

    The Head Chef will be supported by one other in the kitchen and a Manager on site with a front of house team member. You will be catering for up to 40 Covers each day for breakfast and lunch.

    You will serve a couple of main course options and also have salad bar and jacket potato's.

  • This Head Chef role is taking care of all food for this site, it is a fairly small operation so you will need to be well organised and confident for cooking up to 40 / 50 people on a daily basis.

    All food will be prepared from fresh and the Head Chef will be expected to write the menu's for the restaurant as well. Support from the GM will be given as well but you will also be responsible for ordering and all H&S processes

    This would suit a Head Chef looking for stable hours and a good work / life balance as no evenings or weekends are required! We would also Consider a Sous Chef wanting their first head chef role within a contract catering environment.

    Ideally the Head Chef will have some contact catering experience gained within a staff dining setting or a similar enviroemnrt.
