Job Summary : As a customer service co-ordinator, your daily responsibility is to ensure customer queries are handled in a timely manner.

Taking inbound calls and emails, you will be on hand to offer excellent customer service and support.

Main Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Liaise with customers and process their orders through SAP, responding to customers by email and telephone.
  • Resolving customer complains in a timely manner
  • Advise customers on availability of products by checking the warehouse in SAP
  • Liaise with the warehouse to obtain ETA’s
  • Produce regular reports for Sales Managers
  • Keep price lists up to date using SAP to ensure all data is accurate
  • Coordinate month end checks to ensure that all orders are invoiced
  • Liaise with finance to resolve any rebate and accrual queries
  • Understand, work to and demonstrate the company Core Values on a daily basis.
  • Assist within other areas of the business on a day-to-day basis as / when requested by line manager.
  • Skills & Knowledge :

  • Customer Interface skills.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels (both orally and written).
  • Must be able to work to deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP sales & distribution modules (Desired)
  • Must have a proactive approach
