Your challenge :

You will be working with the wider team to really expand on our Home & Living categories specifically for the USA market.

Reaching out to brands and suppliers and onboarding product that is going to change and improve the range.

Within a year, you'll have killed it if :

  • You are consistently hitting target by onboarding products each month
  • You are confident and comfortable managing a pipeline of leads
  • You have brought on key brands which have improved our range
  • People buy and the products you find
  • What you'll be up to

  • Helping shape the assortment plan for the USA market
  • Scout for amazing products that our USA customers will love : on Instagram, online, at trade shows, wherever they're hiding
  • Know our shop inside-out; identify where we have trend, category or price-point gaps in our assortment and fill-them
  • Reach out, pitching and negotiating with brands who we want to join Fy!
  • Recording all details meticulously in Salesforce
  • Do this at scale manage a lead flow of thousands of brands, which are cleaned, screened and prioritised.
  • Analyse and optimise how well our outreach processes are working
  • Who are we looking for?

    This an exciting opportunity to help build a key part of the business. You're super ambitious and have a strong bias towards results.

  • A bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of sales or buying experience
  • A good understanding and experience of the USA market. Detailed knowledge of trends, competitors and correct pricing within this market.
  • Strong connections with USA brands and suppliers
  • Good understanding of USA product compliance
  • Experience running sales funnels
  • Passion and empathy for brands and suppliers (you consider going to boutiques and visiting our brands to see what products sell fun and not a chore)
  • Hunger for a fast-paced environment with constant change
  • Willing to relocate to the London office.
  • Mastery of sales tools a must, experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Hubspot, PipeDrive (or similar tool) a plus
