Praxis Care supports individuals with mental ill health, autism, learning disabilities and dementia; providing innovative, professional, high quality support services to people across the spectrum of need and particularly at the higher level of complexity in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, England and the Isle of Man.

Praxis Care is currently experiencing exceptional growth and, as a result, have the following vacancies within our Intellectual Disability Service

Manager

Foyle Day Service, Foyle Floating Support, Foyle Mental Health and Stepdown Service

These 3 services are based in Derry / Londonderry. The role requires management of the 3 services. Two of the services are regulated by RQIA and the floating support service for older adults is funded by Supporting People.

The Day service provides opportunities for individuals in the local community with the emphasis on improving physical and mental health well-being.

The mental health and step down service offers 17 places to deliver an intensive community housing support and 8 places delivering low level care to individuals in their own home.

The floating support service provides housing related support to 77 places for older adults and those with early stage dementia.

Praxis care offer extensive training to all employees to further enhance the knowledge of all with opportunities available to advance your career within the organisation.

£32,294 £38,974 per annum

  • Salary based on 39 hours per week. Salary dependent on qualification / experience.
