Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR & Recruitment team for the UK.

The role covers various HR disciplines including compensation and benefits, payroll, starters leavers and transfers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • As HR Administrator, key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
  • Managing the HR Inbox, responding to employee queries and escalating where necessary
  • Producing employment contracts and new joiner packs, conducting pre-screening checks and adding new joiners on to the HRIS and payroll system
  • Processing leavers by issuing letters and updating the HRIS and payroll system
  • Responding to all reference requests, e.g. leavers and tenancy
  • Administering monthly payroll and benefit schemes, including updates, deletions and additions
  • Keeping the HRIS system up to date with employee information
  • Managing visas and eligibility to work in and the UK, as well as expat and trainee process
  • Tracking invoices and credit card reconciliation
  • Scheduling interviews with prospective UK candidates and supporting the recruitment team with general administration
  • Maintenance and organisation of the employee personal files; electronic and paper
  • Supporting the HR Manager with any meetings or projects as necessary
  • Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

  • Demonstrable administration experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Working experience within a busy department is advantageous
  • Strong organizer
  • High level of attention to detail is essential
  • Successful candidates may be subject to security and background checks based on location and position.
