The position of Senior Sales Specialist is responsible for creating those relationships that matter, be that internal or external, we all know that to deliver the best is a team game.
You will be prospecting, selling, proposal writing, presenting, and managing the sales. This role reports to the Head of Sales.
In conjunction with the Regional Account Managers and Marketing, prospect for new product sales
Manage and be accountable for the product pipeline ensuring pipeline coverage for the budget / forecast and maximising the volume of deals
Building long term relationships, establishing contact and credibility with defined key individuals in target organisations.
Working with key stakeholders throughout the business (including other Account Managers, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and R&D)
With support of key stakeholders prepare, manage and update Account Plans for the designated solutions to achieve required sales targets
Update and maintain customer data within Allocate’s internal systems.
Acting as a key market interface with Product Management ensuring market accurate market intelligence helps to shape the product development process
Achieve quarterly sales targets including both annual reoccurring revenue (ARR) and revenue.

Annual Recurring Revenue achievement of ARR targets and / or revised targets as prescribed by the organisation.
Revenue achievement of revenue (non-reoccurring) targets and / or revised targets as prescribed by the organisation.

Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required :

Demonstrable experience achieving sales targets in either new markets / customers and / or new products
Proven and measurable track record in finding new customers
Experience in constructing Account Plans covering both new product penetration and growth to new and existing customers
Experience working with C-Suite level customers
Capable of conducting introductory calls with new opportunities
Demonstrable experience developing compelling presentations and sound business cases
Collaborative work style able to work with varying personalities to achieve positive outcomes
Excellent presentation skills able to read the room’, convey a compelling story
