Farrow & Ball are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to support their UK Sales team. Across national & field-based accounts and the trade channel.
You will support and develop strong successful relationships to drive sales, increase distribution and achieve product mix targets.
You will coordinate events and other outreach activity.
This role is office based, with some travel to customer locations.
Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities :
Support and execute strategic plans to drive sales in our National Accounts.
Work with the field sales team to optimise in-store presentation of Farrow & Ball through close liaison with counterparts in our key accounts across the UK.
Support the field sales team with research, tele-account management, marketing & event activity as and when required
Support Specification Sales Manager with research for the designer and specifier channel to aid portfolio sales growth.
Working with the marketing team, to plan and execute marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales.
Work cross functionally with other internal departments, ensuring outstanding communication and project planning.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activity
Support the communication and collation of information from third party channels.
Great relationship builder with outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
Strong pro-active sales abilities to research and seek out new opportunities
Excellent analytical skills with high numerical and forecasting / planning ability
Sound business acumen and personal gravitas
Highly organised and strategically minded
Industry knowledge is desirable
Ability to travel
Must be prepared to work as part of a team and assist or carry out other duties during periods of high workload, sickness, holidays and emergencies.
