This role presents an opportunity for a manager to develop core skills and knowledge in technical training and development.
The role is suited to an individual looking for new challenges and to build on an interest in technical excellence and a passion for learning.
The role will provide the opportunity to liaise with stakeholders and it is also a chance to play a central role in transforming the Firm’s technical training.
The role is based within the Business School. The role is not location specific but may require some time in London, the Midlands or another office location for specific team meetings or training events.

Making quality second nature. The Technical Learning Team exist to support the Audit, Tax and Advisory Heads of Service Lines, primarily with their Quality and Talent pillars.

Own your own work.
You’ll assist in project managing key team deliverables including the Curious Case (Tax) events, as well as prepare, monitor and continually update the technical learning programme GANTT charts and associated learning calendars for Tax and Advisory (Deals & Business Consulting, and Large & Complex).
You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand the technical learning needs of the business, looking for opportunities for improvements
You'll ensure efficiency and effectiveness of external spend by ensuring the right metrics and targets are in place for the Tax and Advisory teams
feedback from participants; KPIs and your associated recommendations.
You'll develop and monitor certain key technical learning KPIs, including SLAs, across the end-to-end process
You'll work closely with Business Partners, People Services and HR Shared Services to upskill them on the technical learning strategy, processes and policies and how
