The role of Negotiation Consultant sits at the very heart of our business. Negotiation Consultants lead and deliver our world-
class behavioral change workshops. Our clients consistently provide feedback that our Consultants have actively changed the lives of the delegates they train and coach through our negotiation training programs.
Deliver a unique negotiation workshop to Fortune 500 clients that fulfills The Gap Partnership standard.
Successfully generate revenue through both new business development and client management of existing clients
Embody the principles and methodology that TGP teaches and to be an outstanding example of the value of our core offering
Provide excellent coaching to delegates post workshop to ensure they effectively implement learning
Become a subject matter expert in the business unit they work within
Develop a working knowledge of the TGP brand to be able to explain and sell our entire portfolio of products
Support marketing and business development activities in order to raise awareness of our brand and strengthen our existing client relationships
Extensive successful business development experience
Experience with commercial negotiations, particularly in the CPG and / or Retail industries
High performer with a proven track record of delivery
Fluent in English, other languages may also be required / desirable
Strategic self-starter who identifies and closes opportunities within new and existing Clients
Accountable for working independently as part of a virtual team to deliver outstanding workshops aligned to TGP brand
Accountable for contributing towards the annual stretch targets by meeting individual sales and quality targets
Intellectually highly capable and versatile
