HR Administrator - Christchurch

We have a great opportunity for someone with good administration experience who is looking to move into HR and needs to gain some valuable experience.

Our small and friendly team needs some additional help to perform general admin tasks for a period of time including :

  • Updating internal databases
  • Scanning and attaching HR documentation to electronic files
  • HR documentation prep
  • Recruitment administration including making telephone calls to arrange interviews etc
  • Other admin as needed
  • The Successful Applicant

    To be the successful HR Administrator you will have :

  • Proficiency across Microsoft Applications particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong personal organisational skills
  • Effective communication
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality (you will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement)
  • A can do attitude
  • A willingness to work as part of a team
  • Office experience in an administration role
  • A willingness to learn how to use the Access HR system

    This role is initially for 10 weeks but may be extended depending upon the workload at that point.

    We are looking for someone to work for 20 hours each week, ideally over four days but there is some flexibility on hours.

    We are looking for someone who is immediately available.
