To manage MCS Infrastructure, we are lookingfor System Administrators and Storage administrators. As part of ManagedInfrastructure team, You will have opportunity to work on a 24X7 missioncritical infrastructure running 1000’s of servers spanning multiple datacenters across different geographies.
The Infrastructure Systems / StorageAdministrator will be responsible for effective provisioning,installation / configuration, day to day administration of core infrastructurecomponents, including the management of incoming service requests, ongoingoperational tasks, Maintenance of systems hardware and software, developingautomation to operate infrastructure as code and handling escalations.
As a member of Managed CloudInfrastructure group working in a fast paced environment the individual isexpected to be highly technical with strong communication skills to handlecritical escalations and customer communication.
The role is 24X7 support rolewith a expectation that Individual can work 24X7 rotational shifts and if needbe available on call for critical escalations.
Theindividual will ensure all system alerts, customer requests, scheduledactivities and escalations are addressed within committed SLA with zerodefects.
Also, the individual is expected to actively participate, contributeand lead automation initiatives that can increase operational efficiency,quality and customer satisfaction.

As part of Managed Cloud Service (MCS) Storage team, StorageAdministrator provides remote support to various storage devices deployed inOracle Datacenter.
Oracle DataCenters are spread across various locationsglobally and host business critical customer Production and DR environments.
Detailed Descriptionand Job Requirements :
Define, design, and implement Storage solutions within afast-paced, leading edge database / applications company.
Perform performance trend analysis and manage theserver / storage capacity. React to potential problems using automation,scheduling, and monitoring tools escalating to management where appropriate.
Participate in configuration and implement technical solutions to enhanceand / or troubleshoot the system. Responsible for support documentation as well.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completesown role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.
5-8 yearsof related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computingenvironment.
Additional Details :
Knowledge of areas such as FCrouting protocols, particularly in a Brocade fabric, would be advantageous, aswould experience with end to end SAN management tools
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Define, design, and implement network communications and solutions within a fast-paced, leading edge database / applications company.
Responsible for creating and implementing system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliablility of the system.
Manage the load configurations of a central data communication processor and make recommendations for purchase or upgrade of data networks.
Coordinate terminal orders and cable installation, network system planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing, and servicing.
Approves action requests and specifies purchase requisitions. Negotiates and places orders with common carriers. May play a team leader role for developing System Administrators.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills in area of specialization.
Eight years of related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computing environment. BS in Computer Science or related field.
